This quaint Victorian-style Carriage house would make a fabulous home for almost any sim, but...

It is only the garage of a magnificent estate.

I have much more to show but alas, the hands of time move inexorably forward.

This house continues to boggle my mind. So beautiful and majestic. The adjective 'magnificent' doesn't seem to cover it. I'd input one of my own but you know how I am with vocabulary.

Eeps, all of sudden I want to create a fairytale story to explore every nook and cranny of this estate. Oh boy, your building genius is perking up my dormant muse. O_O

I can't wait to see which sims get to move in. At over 300,000, unfurnished, it's a little bit more than Ainita and Ryker can afford :P

(Grins) After Sinjin passed away I don't think that Ainita needs to worry about that although it would leave them with nothing to their names. Oh my gosh then she would be just like her mother when Icee first started out. . . except with an enormously bigger and infinitely more fanciful home. O_O;

Ok, second try on a comment. I fuddled up the first one. WOW...O_O...I think this is your best piece of architecture to date. It is so beautiful that I want to live there. Some sims are going to be very lucky to inhabit this lovely home if it is ever available for download! *praying* Thanks for sharing M'lord. ^_^

This is actually my second try at this house. ô_ô The first time I tried to make it the result was a little different but no less magnifcent. Look closely and you'll see the resemblence to another lot I made about 5 months ago... I've been trying to get it right for that entire time.

Well, I can't see anything but how beautiful it is. I just noticed the driveway goes uphill. I didn't know we could do that! Oh but what do I know. I just download them and move my sims in. I get frustrated trying to build anything on my own. I don't have the patience you must have, trying to get something right for 5 months. I would be bald! ^_~

Wow!!! That's absolutely incredible!! The fountain really adds a nice touch. And I am so claiming that tower room. ^_^ heh
Man. It'd be awesome to even just live in that garage, let alone the house! Those are some lucky sims!!

Thank-you. The house was actually finished a couple weeks ago. Then it took me what seems like an eternity to come up with a garage design. I'm really happy you like it. That means the time it took to figure it out wasn't spent in vain. :)
